1. The service

Aniflare offers online tools for PDFs, images, and related utilities. Features may change, and free usage may include fair-use or size limits. We may add paid plans later; existing free limits can change with notice on the site.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload or process content you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted use
• Use automated scraping that harms availability or violates these terms
• Upload malware or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction

3. Files and privacy

Processing may happen in your browser or on our servers depending on the tool. See our Privacy Policy for how files and data are handled. You remain responsible for backing up important files; we are not a long-term storage service.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service.

5. Intellectual property

Aniflare branding, site design, and software remain our property. You keep ownership of files you process. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the tool you requested (for example, temporary server processing).

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Always review results before relying on them for important work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aniflare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from use of the tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (if any).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
