1. The service

Aniflare offers online tools for PDFs, images, and related utilities. Features may change. Free usage may include fair-use or file-size limits shown on each tool. We may add paid plans later; we will post notice on the site if that happens.

We do not guarantee that any tool will meet a specific legal, medical, financial, or professional standard. Always review output before relying on it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload or process content you do not have rights to use
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted use
• Use automated scraping that harms availability or violates these terms
• Upload malware or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction

4. Files and privacy

Most tools process files in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled. You remain responsible for backing up important files. We are not a long-term storage service.

5. Accounts

Accounts are optional. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service.

6. Intellectual property

Aniflare branding, site design, and software remain our property or our licensors'. You keep ownership of files you process. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you use (for example, displaying your username when signed in).

Do not copy our logos, marketing assets, or tool UI for competing services without permission. Stock imagery and fonts used on the site are licensed for our use; do not extract and redistribute them.

7. No testimonials or guarantees

Marketing on this site describes what the tools are designed to do. We do not publish paid reviews, fabricated ratings, or unverified performance claims. Results depend on your files, browser, and settings.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Tool output may differ from desktop software; verify before important use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Aniflare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from use of the tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (if any).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top changes when we revise this page.
