Aniflare (“we”, “us”) provides browser-based PDF and image tools at aniflare.com. This policy explains what we collect, how files are processed, and your choices.
1. Files you process
Many tools run entirely in your browser. In those cases your files never leave your device and we do not receive a copy.
Some tools need secure server processing. When that happens, uploads are used only to complete your request. We delete uploads after processing, and results are cleared within about one hour.
2. Account data
If you create an account, we store the information you provide (such as email and authentication details) to operate sign-in and account features. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Technical logs
Like most sites, our hosting may record standard request logs (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps, and URLs) to keep the service secure and reliable. These logs are not used to profile the content of your documents.
4. Cookies
We use cookies or similar storage only when needed for core functions such as session or preference state. We do not use advertising trackers on tool pages.
5. Third parties
Infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS, email) may process technical data under their own terms while delivering the service. We do not share your document contents with advertisers.
6. Retention
Server-processed files and outputs are short-lived (typically cleared within one hour). Account records remain until you ask us to delete them or the account is closed.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about your account. Contact us to make a request.
